The interesting thing to note is the fact that America is completely beat to shit. His entire torso is just one giant bruise. Purple, blue, yellow, it's like a clotted blood rainbow across the Great Plains. Some of his ribs have obviously been healing from some detrimental damage; this is plain to see, considering that his skin is (for once) stretched a little thin over them. His jaw too sports a nasty bruise. AND HE'S MISSING A TOOTH BUT THAT'S GROWING BACK AT LEAST.
So what is America's reaction to finding someone else in his apartment while he wears no pants? Why, he's completely unconcerned! He just sorta stares groggily at Kresnik for a moment. The hand that isn't scratching his head goes up to casually wave at the commander. ]

[ He makes absolutely no movements to amend the awkward situation. None at all. One of many reasons the hospital keeps cutting him off from pills. ]
