Eighteenth Death 〰 [Accidental Video?]

[The video starts out black with a light buzzing sound. Tatsumi's voice is muffled and there is a few seconds of shuffling sounds. When the light hits the camera, it's obvious Tatsumi is taking the device from his pocket. One of his bushy eyebrows rises as he glances down at it.]

So, it actually DOES shock ya if ya ignore it! Huh...

[There is a flash of lightning, followed by a roll of thunder. It's probably clear now he is stuck out in the middle of the intense storms in Dissimulo, hanging out under a tree.]

Hey, Doctor Weiss guy! Need to talk to ya when ya got a moment. Maybe I can drop by? I don't really know where ya at, though...

[He takes a look around, looking quite lost, himself. he goes to open his mouth to say more but at that very moment the screen floods with white. There is a intake of breath mixed with thunder and a couple of thuds, one being the werepire's body collapsing.]

((OOC: Tatsumi is NOT DEAD. Responses will happen after a few moments, when he regains consciousness. Action is fine if anyone is foolish enough to have seen him get struck by the lightning or go after him.))

[He repeats himself, sounding a bit more distant.]

[Tatsumi looks up at the branches above]

Ha! So, that's where the smoky-fire smell was coming from!!

[The tree is still on fire, but the storm seems to have eaten most of the flames by now.]

[Stares at with a giant line-face. Not that Marco is ever going to be one to tell people to get away from flames. His own fire happens to like them after all, but seriously Tatsumi, what even?]

Well... at least you know how it happened?

[Small brain damage or too much time around America? Really, he is just playing up being a derp.]

He reaches up for them and then pulls his hand away, examining the blood]

How long do ya think I've got until the tree becomes a problem? Don't think I can stand up just yet, but maybe soon.

Hm... [Tilts his head looking at the tree and using his pyro knowledge to assess the damage and spread.]

15 minutes? Maybe 20 if you get a lot of rain but not wind.

That should be plenty of time, unless lightning is some sort of weakness I never knew of before. Ha ha!

[Actually, he'd love to see America get hit by the forces of nature but Tatsumi has to keep up the boyfriend act.]

[He might have too much fun hurting England if he goes back right now and that'd be hard to explain to America. besides, he wants it to look like the argument made him upset, so he has to play the waiting game.]

[Rubs his chin though thinking it over.] Something like the talk you were going to have with France?

I don't think a non-country has ever married a country before. It's kind of a big deal even when they get married to each other, because it's like they become one, eh? And maybe they're just not ready to see that happen with Alfred. Still, if it's just for here, I don't know why it'd matter so much. Was England hurt?

Don't forget I feel nauseous too! [He jokes] I heal fast. I'll be cool.

Looks like it, doesn't it? Like I'm some damn kid. I guess to them, I am, but I'm not stupid. [Smirk]

And that's supposed to be different then humans? Isn't that what marriage is? Unification?

[His smirk grows]

A little. Nothin' he can't get over with his chip in. I'm just gonna have to ask Alfred sooner... in case the old man ruins my surprise!

It's supposed to be unification, but maybe they don't see you as exactly becoming one of his states, eh? I guess that means your personality's too strong.

Not really but Hong Kong said I should say how I got struck by lightning and endured England's attack just to propose to him. So, maybe I'll put somethin' together from that. I just wanted somethin' big but maybe I'll save the big stuff for the wedding.

Still need to find him a ring. Havein' no luck in this muddy country hole. I should have looked a bit in Spero when I had the chance.
