Eighteenth Death 〰 [Accidental Video?]

[The video starts out black with a light buzzing sound. Tatsumi's voice is muffled and there is a few seconds of shuffling sounds. When the light hits the camera, it's obvious Tatsumi is taking the device from his pocket. One of his bushy eyebrows rises as he glances down at it.]

So, it actually DOES shock ya if ya ignore it! Huh...

[There is a flash of lightning, followed by a roll of thunder. It's probably clear now he is stuck out in the middle of the intense storms in Dissimulo, hanging out under a tree.]

Hey, Doctor Weiss guy! Need to talk to ya when ya got a moment. Maybe I can drop by? I don't really know where ya at, though...

[He takes a look around, looking quite lost, himself. he goes to open his mouth to say more but at that very moment the screen floods with white. There is a intake of breath mixed with thunder and a couple of thuds, one being the werepire's body collapsing.]

((OOC: Tatsumi is NOT DEAD. Responses will happen after a few moments, when he regains consciousness. Action is fine if anyone is foolish enough to have seen him get struck by the lightning or go after him.))

[Tatsumi's eyebrows push together as he takes a deep breath, which turns into a huff. He had to act frustrated, despite being amused by England's behavior. Otherwise, his whole act would fall apart.]

Ya, I went to him asking for his blessing and he refused. Kinda got pissed off with his tone and things went down hill from there. I was tryin' to do the right thing, ya know? I don't need his fuckin' blessing, I was just tryin' to be courteous. I'll propose to Alfred soon enough anyway, so it doesn't really matter what he thinks.

It's not quite the same. I've known him longer than that, but I was his colony then, so we were almost always together. [ Saying 'were' is still odd. ]

[ That just makes Hong Kong more curious, honestly. ] It really is a courtesy, right? America's independent now, so England doesn't really control him. Still, he's not the type to refuse things for no reason.

I know most people don't survive getting struck just the once.

For whatever reason, he doesn't believe I love Alfred. So, your guess is about as good as mine, maybe better since ya have known him for so long.

Well, I'm not human, as ya already know. It'd take a lot to kill me, but I admit... This is the first time nature has tried! Ha ha!!

[But thanks to Tatsumi, Cube now requires people to fill the forms out themselves and not go through a 3rd party but Tatsumi not going to mention his week of being "crazy" and killing people. Nope.

Tatsumi's golden eyes look over to his feet in thought.]

I wonder if I should try walkin' back yet or not...

[ This is totally deadpan, like everything else he's said, but it's kind of hard to mistake his implication. ] He was all right, yeah?

[ That's his not-dad you're talking about there. ]

Are there a few doctors here?

[ ... Yeah, can't imagine why he'd have made that requirement. Nope, it's a total mystery. ]

Ya. He went back to sewin' when we were finished. I had to get out of there, though.

Uh, There wasn't many then but there is a another guy that I know of. Maybe there are others?

[He looks away, frowning]

Oh, he was fine then. [ Stands to reason if he was still sewing, but Hong Kong may try to contact him after this anyway. ]

I was thinking I should maybe talk to one of them. We'll see, I guess.

[ Hm, interesting. ]

Not yet. I don't want to ruin the surprise of proposing... but maybe England will do that so I better get things together to ask him soon. Just got to think of the most awesome way to do it because, well, Alfred deserves the best.

[His eyes grow wide at the idea. Holy hell, why didn't he think of that?]
