[The video starts out black with a light buzzing sound. Tatsumi's voice is muffled and there is a few seconds of shuffling sounds. When the light hits the camera, it's obvious Tatsumi is taking the device from his pocket. One of his bushy eyebrows rises as he glances down at it.]

So, it actually DOES shock ya if ya ignore it! Huh...

[There is a flash of lightning, followed by a roll of thunder. It's probably clear now he is stuck out in the middle of the intense storms in Dissimulo, hanging out under a tree.]

Hey, Doctor Weiss guy! Need to talk to ya when ya got a moment. Maybe I can drop by? I don't really know where ya at, though...

[He takes a look around, looking quite lost, himself. he goes to open his mouth to say more but at that very moment the screen floods with white. There is a intake of breath mixed with thunder and a couple of thuds, one being the werepire's body collapsing.]

((OOC: Tatsumi is NOT DEAD. Responses will happen after a few moments, when he regains consciousness. Action is fine if anyone is foolish enough to have seen him get struck by the lightning or go after him.))

[That catches his attention. He smirks.]

What's wrong wish my ears? [Tatsumi reaches up his numb hand to his regular ears and looks at the blood now on his fingers]

Oh, damn. I'm bleeding! No wonder my earin' ish so messhed up!!

I've met a few lycanthropes in my time, although most of them weren't entirely friendly. Many of them possess incredibly powers of regeneration making them dangerous foes... actually that might explain why you're still alive.

[He pretends to not be aware that Haer'Dalis was referencing the hair-points on Tatsumi's head that resemble ears and continues talking about his actual ears, on the sides of his head.]

[he opens his mouth to reveal fangs, which are retractable from behind his normal row of teeth. His eyes are also red, but upon closing his teeth, he smiles and when his eyes open once more they're back to their normal golden color.]

Man, ya won't believe how much easier it is to say that here compared to where I'm from. Ha ha!

Haha! You must have one nasty habit of being bitten. Or perhaps you are cursed with chronic bad luck? It would explain the lightning bolt.

I guess most people would consider this bad luck but so far, being what I am has been good luck for me! The bad luck streak really didn't hit until I arrived here!!

[The werepire seems to be doing a bit better, though still not moving much besides his mouth.]

Hah! Well you could say I'm maybe part elf. But I have such a mixed lineage that its's hard to say what exactly I am. This mixed race I belong to is usually called tiefling. And I hold a bit of demonic heritage in me.

[As if to accentuate this his eyes glow red for a moment, looking much more sinister, but as soon as the glowing is there, it is gone again.]

[YAY! They can be glowy eyes buddies or something.]

Haha! Yes, well apart from serving the purpose of being pretty cool, or intimidating, they also allow me to see with infrared vision.

Yes, I am quite strong from it, although I've always had a bit of a poor constitution.

Infrered! That is awesome. Most I can do is see better in the dark. Ha ha!!

In some respects that can be better, then people don't suddenly start glowing red once it get's dark.

I don't need to see glowing people, I guess. I can usually smell people before I see them.

[actually, he does extremely well with toxins. But then again, anesthetics don't work either but he has to keep some weaknesses secret.]

Any time it get's too dark, my eyes instinctively switch to infravision. Rather spooky when I was a child growing up... then again, when I was a child I would also see demons wondering around the city.
