He isn't sure if America means to say he smells good because he likes the scent of his lover, or if it's because he smells like food from cooking. Either way, the werepire laughs and makes sure he holds America long enough to return a kiss before letting go.]

Well, I made enough for three.

[Tatsumi makes sure the door is closed before catching up with America. Any concerns he had about America hating him is gone. Completely.]

In 1998, you can get one for about... seventy United States Dollars, I think. I don't know exactly but I think that's about right? [He really doesn't know the yen to USD conversion rate so, he is just estimating] Some are more expensive then others... and the good ones are at least Two-hundred

I've asked about getting them to work! Me and Denmark wanted to watch Old Yeller once but they wouldn't play anything, and the theater down town is all wrecked so even if they did give us movies, it'd be a long time before it'd be up and running. But I guess we could like, project it against a wall or something. I'd make my own movies here but it's murder to get special effects and a cast and filming crew, even though I did promise Denmark I'd make a Beowulf movie...

I've killed people to live. It happens to all shiki, specially when they can't control themselves. The initial hunger is so strong, it makes you do things you never would have as a human.
